Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

We review all DMCA notices and take claims seriously. If your complaint meets all legal requirements, we will remove the infringing content within a reasonable timeframe.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Please contact us with the following:

  • Your name, address, and email.

  • The original URL of the removed content.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original claimant and may restore the content unless the claimant files a court action within 10–14 business days.

Repeat Infringers: We reserve the right to block or ban users who repeatedly post copyrighted content without permission.
